This is an efficient and reliable dropping device specially developed for drones.
It has a max. load of 30kg. It can be used with Pandora quick release to achieve rapid disassembly and assembly of mission payloads. It has multi-stage control and is suitable for various application scenarios such as sorting and delivery, segmented delivery, emergency rescue, etc.
Its core features are:
- SH06 adopts high-strength aviation aluminum and carbon fiber integrated frame. The high-quality dehooker has excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, which improves the smoothness of the casting process and can maintain strength and stability for a long time even in harsh environments.
- Through the simple and efficient mechanical structure, more accurate material release can be achieved, which is less prone to jamming or misplacement, greatly improving the success rate of the mission.
Lightweight construction and balanced layout
- SH06 weighs about 750g (including quick-release structure), which greatly reduces the extra burden on the drone and is easy to carry and deploy without extra burden. A single hook can bear a max. weight of 5kg, and the max. load of the entire set of equipment can reach 30kg.
- The six dropping units are arranged in 2 rows and 3 columns. By symmetrically triggering the launching logic and scientifically optimizing the launching sequence, the flight stability of the drone is guaranteed to the greatest extent, ensuring that the launching mission is executed efficiently and safely.
Remote control, multiple releases
The operation mode of the SH06 remote dropping device is divided into two modes: PWM three-stage switch control and manual mode. It can realize one-time synchronous dropping of the remote controller and automatic dropping in sequence. It can also conveniently mount and lock materials through the buttons on the SH06. With fast response and stable signal, it can be connected to the control system of the drone through the Pandora quick release to achieve remote and precise throwing.
One-time simultaneous dropping:
When the three-stage switch is in the high position, the six dropping units will be triggered to open at the same time, and the dropping will be synchronized, dropping out six materials at the same time. After about 1.5 seconds after dropping, the six units will automatically close.
Automatically release in sequence:
When the three-stage switch is in the low position, the six dropping units are triggered to open in sequence, and dropping is performed every two seconds. The logical order in which the six units trigger dropping is symmetrical, fully considering the change in the overall center of gravity after dropping, minimizing the impact on the stability of the drone.
Manual release:
Each dropping unit corresponds to an independent manual control switch, which can be manually controlled to open and close the dropping unit, making it convenient for users to mount items that need to be thrown or remove mounted items. When mounting items, you can choose one or more units from the six units to mount.
It supports linkage with the ground station to realize fully autonomous flight missions, from takeoff, route planning to precise drop at the target point, all of which can be completed automatically under preset conditions. The operator only needs to set the mission parameters in advance at the ground station, and the SH06 can fly with the drone to the designated location, realizing efficient multi-point mission execution without manual intervention, which greatly improves the intelligence level and execution efficiency of drone operations.
