KEEL Mini is an independently developed and produced small quadcopter by ZHT Aero. It continues the modular design concept, allowing for quick assembly and disassembly of all components. A single person can deploy it in as fast as 60 seconds. Smaller, lighter, and with a higher payload capacity compared to others in its class, it supports various payloads. It is ideal for autonomous inspections, formation tasks, target drone training, educational DIY projects, and more.
1. KEEL Mini Lightweight Design
Especially in key components such as the arms and main carbon tube of the body, we use high-strength T800-grade 12K carbon fiber along with aerospace-grade aluminum. This significantly reduces the overall weight of the drone while maintaining excellent material strength and high rigidity. These features give KEEL Mini greater payload capacity and enhanced flight stability. With an unloaded weight of just 3.5kg (excluding the battery), it minimizes structural fatigue and can be effortlessly lifted by a single person with one hand.
2. Compact Size, Easy to Carry
KEEL Mini follows a modular approach, continuously optimizing its structural design. With a maximum symmetrical wheelbase of 906mm, it is smaller and lighter than others in its class, capable of safe takeoff and landing within a 2-meter diameter area. After removing the landing gear, the entire drone can easily fit into a car trunk, making it highly convenient for frequent flight missions.
3. Powerful Propulsion for High-Speed Flight
The new generation of ultra-light carbon fiber folding propellers, featuring a unique blade tip design, is paired with the dedicated KEEL Mini motors to optimize efficiency, reliability, and weight. This combination ensures longer flight times while maintaining safety and stability throughout operations.
During flight, the propellers rotate at high speed, providing comprehensive cooling to both the battery and the body. This helps enhance the overall system’s efficiency and performance, ensuring that the drone remains stable and operates reliably even under high-load tasks.
The precise structure, excellent rigidity, and superior power system enable KEEL Mini to achieve a maximum instantaneous flight speed of 40m/s, comparable to racing-class drones.
